Christmas wishes from the Beetson family, thankyou for visiting our website and taking interest in our Christmas Light Display

                                           news

Update: 3rd December: The lights were not on till 9:30pm tonight due to another technical issue which arose from the previous night. We hope to run flawlessly from Tuesday.

Update: 2nd December: The shows are go! We currently have 12 shows starting at 4:30pm which will loop until 10pm. If your visiting and parking outside please tune your cars radio into 92.50 FM to hear the shows music. A sign and donation box is now out for collections to be taken. This year we're supporting Diabetes UK and Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Support/Care. If your visiting us please feel welcome to walk around on the drive and view the lights closer.

Update: 1st December: The lights were not switched on tonight due to a software issue with the controlling computer. Show start up is planned for the 2nd of December.

Update: 25th November: More time has been spent on the display. Both Saturday & Sunday. We have reached the point where testing can begin to find any faults which we have. However we shall be ready for a 1st of December switch on!

Above: Lights being tested, note that under extension window no net light is currently on, also gaps in the net light down the bottom end of middle stripe on the house. We are still also yet to place the arch outside. IST & MAS from our MERRY CHRISTMAS rope light design is still yet to be wired into the control system. Also there 4 snow flakes which haven't been connected yet and finally the little roof is still awaiting the well known large inflatable snowman along with some more display features.

Update: 25th November: We have spent around 6 days of 9:30am till it is so dark outside we can't see what were doing! This years display is so time consuming due to the extra amount of wiring we have. We have to feed 32 power lines from the control room through the wall and run them to their distribution  boxes!

Update: 24th November: Some of our display details have been updated on our 2007 display page.
